BP BIO ETHANOL UPGRADE - UK WIDE
Radiography, both X-Ray & Gamma, MPI, DPI & Ultrasonics to BP Bioethanol upgrade at various sites across the UK. Testing carried out to new strorage tanks and associated pipework . Numerous Welder Qualifications succesfully carried out at our dedicated Welding Facility and endorsed by Third Party.
LNG STORAGE FACILITY -
£1.25 million Multi Client NDT Contract at its peak employing over 30 NDT Technicians. Utilizing Iridium, Selenium and Digital Radiography. Positive Material Identification using X-Ray Flourescence, DPI and Weld Inspection. A 600mm nb x 35mm Wall S/S Main Feed Line was tested using Computed Radiography & 300KV Eresco Constant Potential X-Ray equipment on D4 quality image. One client on site had a backlog of over 1500 welds when Incon took over - this was succesfully cleared and production was inspected on time. Our Technicians worked right through Christmas and New Year period and all Bank Holidays acheiving outstanding Audit results from all Clients. Phase 1 Completed on time, Phase 2 ongoing.
