High Pressure Testing

Many of our clients requirements, include high pressure testing and here at Inspection Consultants Ltd we can do the best High Pressure Testing. Our latest High Pressure Testing equipment will test up to 20,000 psi /g. Our semi computerised High Pressure Testing system allows us to program any test that may be required and provides instant and informative reports from each test we carry out.

Due to the fact that, items that need High Pressure Testing to such high-pressure are usually very heavy and awkward to transport our equipment is portable and our testing team are easily mobilised.

High Pressure Testing on site does come with risk’s so testing is generally done out of hours to reduce the number of personnel present. Our Senior High Pressure Testing Engineer Mr A. Nuttall has over twenty years experience in this field supervises all our tests.

Our High Pressure Testing team usually consists of three personnel these are Mr A. Nuttall (senior test engineer) to run and supervise the test, Mr M. Dodd (CSWIP welding inspector) official witness and computer operator and one other technician to assist and patrol the barriers whilst the High Pressure Testing is being carried out.
